If you are ready to join the Panther Regiment, click the link below to complete the required Registration Form and submit by March 13. You will also need to review, sign, and submit the Panther Regiment Code of Conduct and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Acknowledgement Form by May 18 to Mr. Nicholas. If you are in middle school, please submit the signed Code of Conduct and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Acknowledgement Form to your band director. Lastly, please be sure to complete your annual online MCCSC registration, including the Required Emergency Health Card.
